work flow system is set up so that lenders may order appraisals
via phone-in, fax and e-mail. We guarantee the following: Calls
for appointments will be made within twenty-four hours of receipt
of the order, appointments will be set within forty-eight hours
from time of call (pending availability of home owners), reports
will be completed within two business days from inspection. For
those who are willing to receive their reports in electronic PDF
format, delivery will be immediate upon completion. All other forms
of delivery will be made within forty-eight hours via courier service,
airborne or fedex. |
