Paul Steward

Paul Steward is a Certified Residential Appraiser with over 41 years of experience. Paul started his appraisal career with the Adams County Assessor’s Office in November 1975, retiring from the Adams County in December of 2010 after 35 years of service.
Paul specializes in single family and attached residential appraisals and is heavily experienced in the front range metro areas, along with northern Colorado throughout Weld and Larimer counties.
Paul joined Skyline Appraisal in November of 2012 and quickly realized his passion for training up-and-coming appraisers. He began his role as a training appraiser in April of 2016 and has since aided in the experience and education of five appraisers. Paul has a commitment to excellence in every task he completes and has been an invaluable addition to the Skyline family.
