Bill Thompson is a Certified Residential Appraiser who gained his initial appreciation for the industry through his father back in Minnesota. Appraisal was so ingrained in the household that five of his six siblings currently work as appraisers. His experience beyond the family business includes ad valorem appraisal for Gunnison County. Bill is located in Grand Junction and provides appraisal services throughout Mesa, Delta, Montrose, Gunnison and Hinsdale Counties.
Other industry pursuits include earning an MAI designation, and plans to become an AQB certified USPAP instructor. Currently working for the State of Colorado, Bill provides support and education to appraisers in all of Colorado’s 64 counties. His specialty in agricultural properties is a valuable addition to the Skyline family.
